el mouse siempre se apaga en el segundo en que se levanta, incluso en lo más mínimo. he probado de todo y no ha pasado nada

pudiste solucionarlo?
I have the same error, I don't know how to fix it, when I went to the store where I bought it they tried it and it worked, but it doesn't work for me

please explain better. lift the mouse and it stops working? how so in certain angle it works normal? if so, it's just a bad connection of the usb wire at the base of the mouse. if you have the warranty use the RMA and if you don't have the warranty try to change the wire yourself or pay someone else to do it.

It's not a bad cable connection, I saw videos on YouTube about the error and it happens to many people, but they don't know how to fix it

If somehow when moving it stops working, it is certainly related to a bad contact, broken wire, bad soldering, oxidation, etc.
because visibly the mouse does not have heavy internal parts that would cause some kind of bad internal contact when moving it.
and the only way to check a wire is to see if it has lost the actual ability to carry current for which it was designed.

and looking closely at the base of the wire on the mouse, it is fixed far below and at the limit of support and perhaps the flexible wire has less mechanical resistance. which can cause constant bumping of the wire against the edge of the mousepad. I don't know if this is the real cause of the various reports of defect that you mentioned.

at this viewing angle it is highly evident that the mouse is not suitable for mousepads with high borders.
