Hi IGNRZ,
I understand that your Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed’s sensor is not turning on, and that after updating the firmware the directions appear inverted. Just to clarify, was the mouse working fine before the firmware update? Also, what exactly happens on screen when you move the mouse and the directions seem inverted (for example, moving left goes right, or up goes down)?
In the meantime, please try the following steps:
- Turn the mouse off and back on, then test the sensor again.
- Try replacing the battery with a fresh one.
- Connect the mouse using a different USB port or try it on another PC/laptop, if available.
- Perform the troubleshooting steps in this article.
If the issue persists after these steps, please send me a PM with the mouse serial number, region and proof of purchase. I’d appreciate it if could share a short video clearly showing issue. You can save and share the video and files using any online drive service listed here. All the best!
