Hi, I recently purchased my Viper Mini from a local store and attempted to register it with my Razer ID, but the registration process failed. Moreover, Razer Synapse is unable to detect my Viper Mini. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue by seeking solutions on Reddit and various forums, but unfortunately, none of them worked for me. I would be extremely grateful if anyone could assist me in verifying my Viper Mini.
