Hello,
I am a customer living in South Korea.

I purchased this mouse on June 29, 2025. When I first opened the package, I noticed some marks on the exterior of the mouse. At the time, I did not think much of it and continued using the product. However, recently, the marks have become more noticeable, which is why I am contacting you.

This is my first time purchasing a Razer product, so I am not sure whether this is normal. I would like to ask if this is considered a defect, and if so, whether it is possible to exchange the product.
