Since yesterday, the connection for the USB dongle on my Razer Viper Ultimate RZ01-03050100-R3G1 has been dropping repeatedly.
I’ve tested it on several different PCs, always with the same result.
The connection is occasionally interrupted and then restored, regardless of whether the dongle is plugged directly into the USB port or into the dock.
When I connect the mouse directly with the USB cable, it works perfectly.
Is it possible to replace the dongle?
