Viper Ultimate - Firmware stuck at 100%, only enters bootloader mode

Hello Razer Support,

My Razer Viper Ultimate is currently only detected when I hold the left click + right click + scroll wheel buttons during USB connection. This puts the device into firmware update (bootloader) mode.

I attempted to update the firmware using your official tool. It reaches 100% and then the mouse disconnects. After this, it no longer functions normally and only works in bootloader mode.

Steps I've tried:
- Multiple USB ports and cables
- Running updater as administrator
- Disabling antivirus/firewall
- Using different PCs

It seems like the update doesn’t complete properly. Is there a way to force a firmware reset or restore it manually?

Details:
- Mouse: Razer Viper Ultimate
- Firmware updater version: [version, if known]
- OS: [Your OS, e.g. Windows 10]
- Serial Number: [your serial number]

I’d appreciate any guidance to recover the mouse. Thank you!
