I have a Razer Viper Ultimate RC30-030501 that has served me well for the last couple of years. Yesterday night, out of absolutely nowhere, the USB Dongle started malfunctioning tremendously and constantly acting as though it was being plugged in and removed repeatedly. The same issue occurred on another port, after uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, and now is happening on another device entirely.
Is it possible to source a replacement USB Dongle? The mouse seems to be just fine as it still works adequately if it’s plugged in; having said that, this does defeat the point of having a wireless mouse.
There was no trauma/damage to the Dongle, it was plugged in and working fine just prior and wasn’t subject to any stress or force whatsoever.
Would love to hear if anyone has any solutions - thanks!
