Hi!
i just sent in my viper ultimate to RMA and have gone through the whole cable cutting process and more, I’m now waiting for a replacement but don’t get any answers on my one question both from the support agents or the RMA team. I asked if I would get a Viper ultimate like the one I had as a replacement or any other mouse, I also asked if I could choose colors or not and also if the replacement product would be the same amount of money as I paid for my viper ultimate + charging stand. Around 170$ or if I would just get something random.
I didn’t get an answer on any of these questions… has anyone else had these questions unanswered or have got a replacement for their viper ultimate?? Please share!
