I've just moved back home from my dorm at college and I can't find my charging dock which also held my Viper Ultimate wireless dongle. I'm pretty sure at this point that I put it in a small box and accidentally threw that box away thinking there was trash in it. I've been trying to figure out how to find a replacement dongle, and I can't seem to find any answers except to request a replacement from the support team, however I cannot for the life of me speak to a real person in the chat feature or select an appropriate problem in the form that opens cases. Does anyone know how I can get a replacement dongle or how I can talk to a support representative?

Iv lost mine as well and have been periodically been checking if they have made one, but from a post that someone said they talked to the support, and they said that they are matched solely to the dongle it came with and don't make replacements. But there other mice do so kinda dumb to me that they wouldn't do it for this one because it's such a small piece and can be easily lost and something like you did, I think I did too. But if you find any other new info let me know because I think we are screwed, iv been using it wired.
Get a better mouse. My razer dongle doesn't even work anymore. My computer doesn't pick it up and I have a razer blade
