So a few months ago my razer viper ultimate stopped working with the dongle or with the wireless usb port.
Now it only works with the cable on it.
Thats exactly why i bought this mouse so i dont have a cable with the mouse but i guess the mouse had other plans.
Could anyone help me or know how to fix this issue?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check the warranty status.
