My viper v2 pro dongle stopped working out of nowhere, the first few days I bought it it was working normally, and then suddenly it stopped working, I've tried putting it into several different ports, I've updated the driver and tried to clean it but it's still the same. I live in Brazil, is there any way to request a guarantee to ship to Brazil?

It’s available in Windows device manager when you’ll plug it in?

If yes, then you can use pairing tool to pair with your mouse again.

If not, then you can RMA it (if you still have warranty).
