Hello. I have a razer viper pro 2 mouse. It was working very well until now, but suddenly it stopped working wirelessly. I tried every possible way and updated the firmware. I even formatted my PC. Please help me.

viper v2 pro dongle not working
Why am I not surprised… I faced this issue with my Viper V2 Pro about 8 months after ownership of it and was still covered under warranty at the time and luckily Razer sent me a replacement 2.4GHz HyperSpeed dongle to pair up with it in the mail (took about a week to arrive).
I would just go buy the Viper V3 Pro to replace this one that doesn’t work on 2.4 Wireless anymore because your mouse is no longer supported for the replacement dongles they send out. I know this because I know it’s not a listed model anymore on the Mouse Pairing Utility used for the 2.4GHz HyperSpeed dongles they send out in the mail (this was checked on June 8th 2024).
