Viper V2 Pro dongle not working

Hello, about a month ago the dongle for my viper v2 pro stopped working on its own, wirelessly it works just fine, i tried putting the dongle into different USB ports, but it still doesn’t work, could i get a new dongle for my mouse?

    Mine did something similar and re-pairing it in Synapse brought it back, so I'd try that first before writing the dongle off. If Synapse doesn't see it at all on any port, it's most likely the dongle itself, and Razer support sorted a replacement for me under warranty.

    Yea, i should’ve already mentioned that i also tried that as well, the problem is my pc doesn’t recognize it at all from any port, so i cant pair it again, because it doesn’t recognize it, i also tried this on my old pc, new pc, steam deck, it doesn’t work at all. So think its safe to say that it’s the dongle.

    Yeah, if no computer sees it at all, not even your Steam Deck, then I’d agree it’s the dongle itself. I’d raise it with Razer support and ask about a warranty replacement, since that’s what they did for me when mine died.
