Viper v2 pro dongle replacement
Hello there,
Unfortunatelly my puppy (dog) destroyed my 2,4GHz Receptor for my viper v2 pro (it didn't last 24h since I bougth it).

it will work in the same manner as the included receptor?

It enables 4kHz mode in wireless.
Oh thank you for the info but one last question with the 4kHz I won't need the USB Receptor? is it included or is it not needed for that model?

Then you don't need the previous one, they're interchangeable.
Im in this similar predictament the usb dongle does not work i have the hyperpolling dongle but it will not function until i update the firmware which is not possible until i get a replacement dongle. Stuck at the firmware updater to plug in the wireless dongle which does not work anymore.

CORALMimiPinkbuzz388Support had me end up returning the mouse for a replacement since it was found defective. Replacement came already updated with the latest firmware so the hyperpolling device worked out the box

I don't qualify for a replacement since I don't have a razer warranty, so do you think I would have to purchase the replacement dongle in order to use the hyperpolling wireless one?

I didn’t put it near water or anything it’s always the one place I always have it, which is on top of my pc or my desk. Just a few days ago it was working perfectly fine,I don’t know what happened.

same, can I just get the hyperpolling dongle now? Will it work fine without my original usb dongle?
I also got the same problem, and didn't find the best answer from razer. suddenly my Viper V2 Pro dongle is not detected at all by windows. I have tried various ways and it is still not detected.
