Hi, about 1 week ago I started having problems with my scroll on my Viper v2 pro, when I’m scrolling down, it goes up a bit and the opposite happens when scrolling up, perhaps you know how to fix it? Firstly, I thought that it could be some software issues, so I tried all the official solutions that razer gives, but it didn't help. What else can I do, could it be repaired? It's an annoying thing. Thank everyone in advance.

Hello there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
