My mouse was working earlier this morning like usual. I got up to go to the bathroom and once I came back the mouse suddenly wasn't responding. It stopped clicking and moving as well as no longer being detected in razer synapse. It is still detected under my pc’s input devices however. The mouse is only about 6 months old so it makes no sense for any major problems to already occur.

I have tried: Unplugging and Replunging the mouse, Restarting my computer, Uninstalling and Reinstalling synapse, Updating synapse, Repairing synapse, Reinstalling my mouse drivers, Every port on my pc, Plugging it into another device, Charging it with different cables.
Does this happen to anyone else?

Thanks for responding to my request. Does it make any difference when Synapse is temporarily disabled? You can also try to update its firmware. If that didn’t work out, then send me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
