I purchased a Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed and used it normally with the original wireless dongle. However, I lost the original dongle.
I wanted to use the mouse again, so I purchased a Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle separately. However, I have repeatedly tried to pair the mouse with the HyperPolling Dongle using the Razer pairing utility, but the pairing fails every time.
I understand that the mouse may need a firmware update to work properly with the HyperPolling Dongle. However, the Viper V3 HyperSpeed is a wireless-only mouse without a USB port, so I cannot connect the mouse directly to my PC to update its firmware. Since I have also lost the original wireless dongle, I currently have no way to connect the mouse for a firmware update.
In this situation, how can I update the mouse firmware and pair it with the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle?
Is there any way for Razer Support to assist with the firmware update, or is there another official solution for this situation?
