I just bought my Viper V3 Hyperspeed and after several use, the wheel scrolling stopped working. When I changed the DPI, it will sometimes work for several seconds but then stopped again.
How do I fix this?

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the scroll wheel issue.
