Viper v3 pro problem


Bought with the hyper polling  dongle and it wont work watched every video there is tried each different cord updated the mouse and the software without any luck the black box wont show up in the synapse app to connect to dont know if its a faulty product?

May be dead on arrival. You can check it on another PC or at least check Windows device manager if it’s appearing or not.
