Hello, im looking to buy A new mouse deathadder v3 and cant understand when 8khz polling rate will work, do i need to buy hyperpolling dongle or i just can insert charger and use it like that to get 8khz? With other of Razer mouse has 8khz?

No. 8 kHz is achievable via wireless only.

There are bundles available, so you can buy DA V3 Pro with the Hyperpolling dongle, so you can unlock up to 8kHz polling rate.
Standard Hyperspeed dongle is up to 1kHz.
