I am attempting to find a link or email to send my proof of purchase, as well as RMA Number. There i s no spot to find or submit to collect and RMA number. I have been looking for 3 hours. 

Background: 
My “RAZER NAGA PRO WIRELESS GAMING MOUSE” has the optical laser (red light) on, but can’t connect with neither the Cord or USB or BT. Everything I have read says to submit for a new one. 

Please help!
