I just bought the razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed and whenever i connect it by the dongle, it wont let me connect with wifi :( can anyone help me with this issue ?

Connect your wireless network with other devices like smartphones, PCs, etc., and see if you connect to your wireless network. If other devices can’t detect Wi-Fi, there’s an issue with the Wi-Fi. Check the Wi-Fi router. However, the problem is with the laptop if it is detected on other devices.
Before you connect to the Wi-Fi, ensure the PC is not in airplane mode, the router is running, and the drivers are updated.
