Why does the viper ultimate not save settings?

Why doesn't this work with Synapse 3? It is supposed to have onboard memory but as soon as you close Synapse it reverts to default.

    You should have a button to toggle on board profiles.

    No I don't think so. I actually found out that you can't save RGB settings to the mouse. You can only save macros and whether RGB is on or off. What a load of ********
