why is my 1 to 3 buttons not working somtimes

I understand that you are having issues with buttons 1 to 3 being hard to press. Could you please elaborate on the exact nature of this responsiveness issue? What are the troubleshooting steps you have performed? Try to clean the affected buttons using a can compressed air.
