Why is my razer viper mini not connecting to synapse 3?

Why is my razer viper mini not connecting to synapse 3? I bought a razer viper mini and synapse 3 don’t show the mouse. Also i don’T know if it is because it’s a fake one. I bought it on a reseller.

It’s fake, that’s why it’s not working with Synapse. Also the mouse is no longer produced, so I’d return it and buy a Cobra instead (it’s just newer Viper Mini - the same shell/shape.)
