Wireless Mamba RZ01-01360 Need firmware help

I have the Wireless mamba with the charging dock that is also the wireless dongle. When I try to run the firmware update it tells me to plug in the wireless dongle and just hangs there. I think the updater is for a different version of the mamba. Is there a way to update my firmware or to see what I have?

    You've probably downloaded firmware for newer mamba version (RZ01-02710). This would not work. As the firmware isn't publicly available for you mouse - I'll recommend to contact with Razer Support.
