My account was suspended unexpectedly. I just tried to top up HKD 100 but couldn’t complete the payment. I attempted all methods to set up TFA (two‑factor authentication) but failed. My account got suspended when I tried to pay. I need urgent help to unsuspend my account and complete the payment.
