This is a question put towards Razer Management, "Why are we (people who bought RP2) getting an update to Android 10 and/11?" We paid money to get the phone not that you were handing them out for Free and we deserve an update as were the terms from Razer that there will be 2 updates, where is the 2nd update?

Those were not the terms. The razer phone 2 faq site CLEARLY says launches with android 8, with possible upgrade to 9. They did that, and also kept us updated through security patches for a longer time than most oems.
Yes it's too bad we didn't get two updates like the 1 did, but they never ever said anywhere official that we were getting 2 updates, nor android 10. This would possibly be a breach of contract and also a possible civil suit if they did say it in writting.... but they didn't, AFAIK. Please provide a link to where they said 2 OS updates.
Showing interest and wants of updates are great. RAZER should have listened and cared more.
I don't think RAZER realizes how much advertisment someone carrying around a branded phone gives. An example of this is me. Before I got the phone, I owned 0 RAZER products. Within a year of owning the phone, I now own something like 10 RAZER items. This is not counting items purchased for friends and family. Or strangers, that still compliment my phone and or ask about it, who may or may not have bought a razer product after seeing my phone and or talking to me.
I can't provide you a link to anything black and white as I talked with customer support about the OS upgrade and was assured that there's going to be one as was the case with RP1 before I bought the phone. This is what ticked me off about Razer. Good on you if you bought 10 of their other products, I have had terrible experience with Razer as the first phone I got was faulty and trying to get it sorted out and eventually replaced was a nightmare, this one has started getting problems as well and now it's out of warranty.
It's amazing that a company that makes excellent other products, made a phone that has good hardware but the fails in basic phone function.
