S21, hmpf. Feels like a few years ago I still got excited to go from my BlackBerry to my S4. Don't even think we had covers back then. But this look pretty cool!

I bought 2 cases which were on clearance for next to nothing for my Pixel 4 within the past 4 months, with the phone out of production not long before that. I think cases tend to come out around the same time as the phone. 1 year later to bring out a case is too long.

Kinda wish Razer would restock the Arctech case for Razer Phone 2 tho, couldn't find it in Razer Malaysia store nor in their flagship Lazada and Shopee store as well.

would a metallic case conduct the heat away faster? To make this product more unique, I think that adding a built in stand and extra design on the exterior of the case would make this product more special. Still appreciate razer for expanding their demographic to mobile gamers.

SharpixerThat sounds like bad quality control. Have you contacted support about it? Or return to the store you bought it from (if bought at a reseller). I always try to purchase from a local reseller which I can trust to solve any issues I have with a product through replacement or refund.
