Battery Life was Short

cero30A
Hi I just bought my new Razer Phone 2 last March here in the Philippines and was hoping that the battery life would get me through the day as I was playing Vainglory, Emergency HQ, Tacticool, Afterpulse, and other games in such extended time I have observed that the battery life is not what I was assuming to be it I already played the game for almost 4hrs only, from 100% down to 40%. How can it last a day for continued gaming? if I just played my games at high performance around 2-3hrs of playing.
Is there a hardware problem with it? And I have already updated the OS on Android Pie?
Hoping for a clear answer on this.

That's about as good as it gets for the way your using the phone. That goes for any phone out your not going to get much better then that.

No problem anytime. I disabled chroma and it helped my battery life a hole lot. I found that it was running no matter what settings I was using.

Battery life depends on what and how much you use the phone. If you play a high-performance game, it will surely drain faster.
And one more fact, battery degrade after every charge cycle. Means it lose its performance and charge holding capacity after every charge cycle.
by some best manufactures in the world, after 400 charge cycles, your phone's battery will degrade by 20%.
I can help you to increase the lifetime of your battery
1. Avoid quick chargers.
2. Turn down your screen brightness
3. Turn off location service (Read this article about How to turn off location service on android )
4. use an auto lock of the screen after 30 seconds.
5. Use a dark theme.
6. remove all unnecessary apps.

I hope this will help you.
