I have tried 2 different OEM cables and 2 different OEM charging adaptors with sufficient power outputs to allow for 10W fast charging and 2 charging pads (just received my replacement yesterday) but it never fast charges (as indicated by the lighting on the charging pad). I have a Google Pixel 4 and have also tried it with a Samsung Galaxy S10.
Does anyone else have this issue?
I assume, there’s no case on the back of the phone, that may reduce charging power?
Check ampare app (available in play store) during wireless charge, it’ll gave you some insight about charging power.

I have a case that’s wireless charger compatible, but I've tried it without the case and it doesn’t make a difference.
I’ve installed Ampere, and wireless charging provides no more than high-600 mA (so far, so even if it is charging at 9V, that’s only just over 6W).
