How to change my phone user name?

User name meaning your account name of the phone or how the phone appears to other devices? As for adding a new user just use the system settings search bar and type in "user" and you'll see an option saying "user and accounts" you can add a new one in there.

It's the user name appears on the "About Phone" menu. But I just can't add user/change name...??? I searched for "User", and I only get "User Credentials" "Other User" in Storage (but it doesn't exist) , and "Don't keep activities". The user screen just shows my accounts, and there's no multi-user option there. Did they remove it or what???
