I had razer elite care
I had razer care elite on my Razer phone 2 and now it says I no longer have warranty on it I thought the razer elite care was for life can some one help me understand because I need a new phone because the charge in the phone won't charge from a cable and it hasn't worked from day 1 sense I got it I have been using the slow charge from the Razer wireless charger and want to get a new Razer phone 2 please send help and I have had this phone for like it's was March 2018 when March Madness was going on was when I picked it up with elite care

Elite care for the Razer Phone was never for life. I had it also.
Plus I get the biggest laugh when people say I had this problem since day 1 and now 2+ years later you want it fixed/replaced under warranty.
