My Razer Kinshi v2 is pressing the right bumper and the m1 and m2 are also messing up. Is there any suggestions? I just bought it from Walmart and with an Alstate warranty, any suggestions?

Here are a few suggestions you can try to resolve the problems you mentioned:

  1. Check for firmware updates: Visit the Razer support website and download any available firmware updates for your mouse. Sometimes, updating the firmware can fix issues related to button functionality.

  2. Clean the mouse: Dust and debris can sometimes interfere with the buttons' proper functioning. Use a can of compressed air or a soft brush to clean the mouse, paying extra attention to the right bumper and the M1 and M2 buttons.

  3. Rebind buttons: If the issue persists, you can try reassigning the right bumper and M1/M2 buttons to different functions using the Razer Synapse software. This can help determine if the problem lies with the physical buttons or with the software configuration.

  4. Contact Razer support: If none of the above solutions work, it's advisable to reach out to Razer's customer support. They can provide further assistance and guide you through the troubleshooting process. If you have an Allstate warranty, it's worth checking if the issue is covered under the warranty terms.

Remember to provide specific details about the problem and mention that you recently purchased the mouse from Walmart with an Allstate warranty. This information can be helpful when contacting both Razer support and Allstate for any potential warranty claims.

I hope these suggestions help you resolve the issues with your Razer Kinshi v2 mouse.
