Kishi Disconnects | Razer Insider

I got the kishi for Android the Xbox branded one. Got it and I really want to like the controller it feels great and the buttons are good but it Disconnects a lot with every slight movement of my hands. Is there anyway to improve the connection or just make it a little tighter or snug.
I've tried taking the rubber buffers out and using it with my phone case and it helped a little bit but it still disconnects.
You could clean your port out, or it's maybe that your usb port is loose/breaking.

Also, check if any battery saving features are turned on.
I'm using a pixel 4xl that is only about 6 months old. And i'm only using the inserts that were already in the kishi itself or no inserts with my case on.
Bump anyone have any ideas
I have used my kishi without issue with my galaxy s20. But for some reason, the disconnect issue like you mentioned has started. Even the slightest move could trigger a disconnect.

Something that seems to have fixed it for me is to increase the padding. I simply stuck a small piece of folded kitcherpaper under the rubber inserts of the Kishi. This makes the fit between the s20 and the Kishi more snug, and I can play dead cells again without the disconnect issue. I think the more snug fit prevents the usb c connection between the phone and Kishi from moving around.

Note that I only recently got the Kishi from Amazon, so I just returned it and got a new one. The new one works fine and does not have the issue.
