Kishi V2 and S23 Ultra

I have a Kishi V2 and I want to play it with an s23 Ultra. The controller is not recognized when connecting via USB C. I also noticed that my S23 Ultra does not charge via the external USB C connection from the Kishi. But I see many videos on Youtube how people play with an S23 Ultra. Do you know if there is a workaround?
This is the second Kishi v2 that doesn't work.

I literally just bought one today and am having the same issue with my S23 Ultra.  All I wanna do is play me some KOTOR.  Are these controllers not compatible with S23 Ultras?

I just got my backbone today from Amazon, worked immediately...just connect and play, no additional apps or anything required.  Also the pass through works as well.  I’m just going to return the Kishi.  I suggest you do the same.

Which model did you order then I will do that too

Backbone One for Android.  $100 and free next day shipping, at least it was for me.

My Kishi V2 was working with my S23 Ultra until two days ago.  I did notice prior to that it would not load up the virtual controller setup and some other odd things, but seemed to work in games at times, but would occasionally disconnect.  Now, it isn’t recognized at all and no longer charges via the USB-C passthrough.

The white light comes on and then fades away after two seconds, even when not attached to the phone, but just a USB-C cable.

Same on the light issue, also for some reason mine is pressing the right bumper. Please let me know what I can do to fix this Razer guys. I have been a Razer customer for some time. Please help.

My Kishi V2 is mostly working on the S23 Ultra, save for the Virtual Controller, because it needs accessibility permissions, but it doesn't say exactly what to enable.

It's unfortunate that the controller is not being recognized when connected via USB C, and that your phone is not charging through the external USB C connection from the Kishi. I can understand how frustrating this must be, especially considering that you've encountered this issue with two different Kishi V2 controllers.

While the Kishi is generally compatible with a wide range of devices, there can sometimes be compatibility issues or specific configurations that cause problems.

Mine is also pressing button randomly. I tried to disable both the m1 and m2 buttons but that didnt help. Any help with this Razer?
