Kraken x lite mic problem

So, I bought a Kraken x lite. At first everything was normal, the audio is ok, but when I tested the mic it doesn't seem to be working properly on the desktop, doesn't capture my voice correctly and the volume is very low, but when I connected to my phone it was working properly, I tried to update the drivers already, can someone help me please?
