Anyone know where they can buy parts for this thing? It’s still under warranty but they require you to mail it for repairs for min one week and I’ve had to start 3 separate cases just reminding them I need a shipping label. They still say “I’ve sent a message to the other guys just come back if you haven’t gotten anything in 24 hours” every time. So. I’m contacting local shops but no luck and I’m looking at risking doing it myself just need to find somewhere I can order the stuff. Or if who ever the upper level of support is sees this....hi....help please
