Problems with sound

Why after last update to android 9 the sound is soo low.And work only 1 speaker. Top one. Can't even hear the music when get a call.... Used to be soo loud...anything what i can do?

    I'd try factory resetting your phone first as I haven't seen many people report this problem and my sound works just as it did pre-pie
