Razer Cortex Squad not logging reward hours
Up until about 3 days ago, Cortex was logging my hours for the Squad Rewards. Then it just stopped. My squadmates are getting their hours in, but mine isn't, even when we are playing the same game in the same match. Is there a way to fix this and/or get my hours back?

Uninstall your game and reinstall it and make sure it is from the same launcher your friends are playing from (e.g. Steam, Epic Games, Riot)

You aren't gonna get any more rewards tho, they all ran out except for 4 of them which the people 30 hours ahead of you will get, so it won't even matter, al the rewards you will be able to get will be out by then
