When I try pairing and turning on my earbuds, there’s no audio and they don’t turn on, despite the case lightning up green after charging. When I plug the case, with the earbuds inside, back in, the case is lit up red again. It seems to not be charging. This is the second pair in a row I’ve bought and this immediately happens with them as soon as I get them.

Hi, I am having the same issue and support have been rubbish as I haven't kept my receipt despite only buying the headphones last weekend. They haven't worked from being unboxed. any help would be appreciated otherwise I have just lost my money.
