razer hammerhead true wireless not pairing

Bought this new on ebay, charge it fully but for some reason it says that the left ear has only 10% of charge which prevents me from updating the device and pairing it to my phone, i have done everything on the forums to try and connect it

    Hi Emill00, 

     

    You can try the steps below and see if it works: 

    1. Use a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol to clean the charging pins in the case and the metal contacts on the left earbud.
    2. Place the left earbud in the case, ensuring the light indicator shows it is charging.
    3. Place both earbuds in the case and close the lid for 5 seconds to initiate a reconnection.
    4. Try charging only the left earbud in the case for 15-30 minutes.
