I bought this new off ebay, won't pair at all, no sound to signal hard reset, I've tried every solution in the forums and still no connection

    Have you tried pairing it with a different phone? Let me know via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt. Looking forward to your response!
