I want to flash the recovery on fastboot mode, but the phone device show triangle on my PC, anyone can help?

    you need to assign the right driver while the phone is in its fastboot mode if you right click the phone icon in the device manager and select to update the driver change it to one from Google which you can find here https://developer.android.com/studio/run/win-usb
