Razer phone 2 not connecting to Raiju mobile.

Hi all. I have a Razer Phone 2 and the Raiju mobile. I have had no problems with them untill the last week or so. Not the controller won't stay connected to the phone unless via USB. When I try to connect via Bluetooth I get a message that says the phone can't connect because if incorrect pin. But there is no pin to enter. The only other time I have seen this is when trying to use Xbox x-cloud on my Sony Xperia 10.1 tablet and an Xbox controller. Has there been an update for the phone that may have caused this?? Any help would be great. Thanks

You're not alone in Raiju mobile BT issues. I'm on my second one and this one isn't a year old yet and every day or so when I turn mine on to connect no matter if it's BT1 or BT2. It'll stay on for about 2.5min then the controller powers off. The only fix is to forget it in BT and repair it with the opposite BT setting whether it be 1 or 2. This happens daily. Anyway sorry for rambling you could try to hard reset the controller. There's a tiny hole on the bottom side of the controller. If your holding it upside down it's right under the M4 pad. There's a button in there probably should be charging when u do it. That's helped me out before. Hope it works.

Oh kinda misread your post of you think it's solely a problem with the phone then try wiping your BT and Wifi settings reboot then give it a try.

I am going to try your suggestion of resetting the controller. I am not sure if it's the phone or the controller that are to blame for this issue. Thanks

Well let me no how it turns out. I've got a love hate relationship with the Raiju mobile and my RP2.

Will do. I would agree I with you on the live hate thing. I bought the phone and controller complete with the hammerhead earbugs as a used, unopened bundle of eBay. Using the phone and controller for Xbox X cloud is excellent. Just frustrating that the controller doesn't really work for anything else. Very few mobile games support controller and the ones that do don't offer 100% compatibility. Also worked out I can use it for remote play on the PS4 using an app called Chiaki. The RP2 itself is pretty awesome. The only real gripe would be the camera, but using a Google camera .apk instead of the stock razer offering makes a massive improvement.

The RP2 and the Raiju mobile definitely have BT issues. I've had a pair of the Hammerhead BT for over a year now and the haven't ever given me a issue. But I got a pair of the Hammerhead true wireless and it's so weird with them paired and the controller paired things get wonky most of the time the controller will be unresponsive or it'll be over rexponsive. But if I unpaid just one earbud everything is fine. Lol!
