Razer Theme Store App Not Downloading Themes On Razer Phone 2

I have been using the Razer Venom theme since I purchased my Razer Phone 2 back in February 2019. I am not sure if that theme was pre-installed with the Razer Theme Store app, or if I downloaded and installed it early on, in any case, I am unable to download any new themes. When I tap the "DOWNLOAD" button it just flashes and reappears. If I try a few more times, a "Preparing download..." progress bar appears, but it never progresses. I tried force closing the app, signing out of the app, restarting the phone, and I verified that I have more than sufficient storage. Also, I am unable to uninstall the Razer Theme Store App for some reason. Anyone having this issue? Anyone have a potential solution? Cheers!

    Having the same issue after I did a factory reset on my Razer Phone 1. :/ I tried resetting, tried turning my wifi off and on a few times, tried safe mode, no dice.

    I think the server must be down or service must be shut down or redundant or something like that, device has been left at a not broke don't fix it state since February, so it may be entering end of life state and they are terminating all the services and shutting down all the servers associated with the Razer phones and moving on to cross marketing with Samsung and Apple, long story short, forget about it unless someone decides to post the themes to XDA to sideload with computer, Razer phone's servers are shut down
