Razer treat their customers like rubbish


Worst company ever experienced 3 times RMA my razer phone 1 device but still keeping sending back refurbished not working units back. I bought device 1 may 2018 until today still with faulty phone. This phone cause injury to my health hearing problems because of defective sound. Their rma process only in germany turn around few weeks minimum, asked for another options they said nothing left.

Did you try reaching EU headquarter in Hamburg? It’s faster from my experience. What kind hiring Problem do you have? I find my RP1 perfect, beside camera, I’m still considering to let it go because have RP2 even have great selling price that no one could imagine.

hi, something with headphone adapter weird noise very loud and scream in my ears now in pain and can hear that noise. Will try send them letter but I think they will ignore
