Hi Razer support team. My razer viper ultimate model no: RC30-030501 is suddenly giving me issues, it keeps connecting and disconnecting. It seems to be an issue with the small dongle, as it works fine with the wired connection. What can I do to solve this issue and if I need to purchase a replacement dongle, where can I buy it? I am located in Canada.
