razer x hyperspeed v3 one side ear bud not pairing/ working

Just bought it last week and used three times and not working now for one side of the ear bud. Both ear buds paired or connected at different timings ended up only one side connected.

Have you tried updating its firmware? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
