Hello everyone, This is my first post. I already feel disappointed to see how many unhappy fellow customers there are here. I purchased my Razor Phone 2 last year and since upgrading to Android Version 9 some time ago, I been experiencing problems with Bluetooth. When I make or receive a call, the bluetooth connection automatically switches to Phone mode. I then have to manually select Bluetooth to get reconnected. I first tried uninstalling the Plantronics Voyager Bluetooth and the pared again but no change. I then did a factory restore but again same problems.
I am just out of warranty (Nov.13, 2019) but looks like this is a firmware conflict with the Android OS updates. I am regretting giving up my Blackberry Priv which worked flawless. I really don't want to give up on this Razor so hoping someone out there knows of a fix.
